Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DriveMe ("we", "us", "our") processes personal data when you use the DriveMe mobile application and https://driveme.am (together, the "Service").

1. Who We Are

The data controller is the individual entrepreneur operating DriveMe Driving School in the Republic of Armenia.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account data: email address, password hash, first name and last name. If you use Google or Apple sign-in, we receive the email address and basic profile information you permit, but not your social account password.

  • Optional profile data: gender, date of birth and profile photo.

  • Learning data: test results, progress, saved questions and practice activity.

  • Support data: your name, email address, optional phone number and message when you contact us.

  • Technical data: app preferences and authentication tokens stored on your device, and usage and crash information collected through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, such as app activity, device model, operating system, app version, language, approximate region and an app instance identifier.

3. How and Why We Use Data

We use data to create and manage accounts, provide learning features, save progress, answer support requests, secure the Service, diagnose errors and improve performance. Processing is based on providing the Service, our legitimate operational needs, legal obligations and, where required, your consent.

4. Service Providers and Transfers

We use Google LLC for Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and optional Google sign-in, and Apple Inc. for optional Apple sign-in. These providers may process data outside Armenia under their own safeguards and privacy policies. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

5. Storage and Security

We retain account data while your account is active and use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including secure authentication, password hashing and encryption in transit. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account in the account settings. We erase data that identifies you and remove linked Google or Apple sign-in information. Learning records may remain only in anonymized or aggregated form for statistics and service improvement. Information may also be retained where required by law or necessary to resolve disputes, prevent abuse or enforce our rights.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to or restrict certain processing. Use the in-app controls or email drivemeyerevan@gmail.com.

8. Children

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided data may contact us to request deletion.

9. Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy and will show the current update date in the Service. For privacy questions, contact us using the details in section 1.
