Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DriveMe mobile application and https://driveme.am (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DriveMe provides educational materials, practice questions, mock tests and related tools for preparation for the Armenian driver's license theory exam. It is an independent learning service, not an official examination authority, and does not guarantee an exam result. Driving lessons are arranged separately with DriveMe Driving School by phone; the Service does not process lesson payments.

2. Accounts and Age

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service unlawfully; gain unauthorized access; disrupt the Service; use automated means to create accounts or extract data; share your account; or copy, distribute or resell content without permission.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

DriveMe owns its original explanations, learning materials, design, interface and software. Official rules and exam questions remain the property of their respective public sources. You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial preparation and may not reproduce or create derivative works from DriveMe's original content without written permission.

5. User Submissions

When you send feedback, reports or other content, you permit us to use it to operate and improve the Service. You must not submit unlawful, abusive or rights-infringing material.

6. Availability and Changes

The Service is provided "as is" and requires internet access. We may change, suspend or discontinue features and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DriveMe is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, including exam results. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Suspension and Deletion

You may permanently delete your account from its settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the Service. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will show the current update date in the Service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Contact
