List of Malfunctions and Conditions of the Brake System

Vehicle operation is prohibited if:

  1. during road or bench testing, the service brake system does not meet the performance standards;

  2. the hydraulic brake drive is not leak-tight;

  3. the pressure gauge of the pneumatic or pneumatic-hydraulic brake drive does not operate;

  4. the parking brake system does not hold the vehicle stationary on the gradient prescribed by the standard.
